The service

BookedBack provides missed-lead recovery for service businesses: when a business misses a phone call, receives an after-hours inquiry, or gets a website form submission, our system automatically follows up with the lead by SMS, collects details about their request, and delivers a summary to the business. Service scope, configuration, and pricing for business clients are defined in each client's service agreement.

SMS program terms

By submitting a form on this website, or by calling or texting a number managed by BookedBack, you consent to receive automated text messages related to your inquiry.

• Message frequency varies; a typical conversation is 2–10 messages.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive one final confirmation message.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@bookedback.app.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website or service to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiries.
• Send unlawful, abusive, or harassing content through our messaging systems.
• Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service to send unsolicited marketing (spam) of any kind.

No professional advice

Our automated messages collect information and coordinate follow-up only. They do not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, do not quote prices, and do not confirm appointment times. Any professional services are provided solely by the business you contacted, under their own terms.

Intellectual property

The BookedBack name, website, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The website and service are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookedBack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from use of the website or service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
