SMS messaging program

By submitting our website form, or by calling or texting a phone number managed by BookedBack, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from us related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies by conversation and is typically 2–10 messages. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance at any time, or email us.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

No sharing of mobile information for marketing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver the service (see below).

Data retention & security

We retain lead and conversation records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to authorized personnel, and we use reputable infrastructure providers.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
